12th annual Harvest of Ideas celebrates Lehigh faculty authors
On Thursday, October 26, 2023, the Friends of the Lehigh University Libraries hosted its 12th annual Harvest of Ideas reception in the Linderman Library Rotunda for faculty who published or edited a book or composition during the previous year.

Where Do We Go from Here? Maps and Atlases from the Duncan Payne and Lehigh Libraries Collections opens August 21
Lehigh Libraries Special Collections announces a new fall exhibit featuring historic maps and atlases celebrating the gift of a number of rare books bequeathed to the Libraries by a Lehigh alumnus Duncan Payne. The exhibit will include unique hand-colored maps in Linderman Library and reproductions of 30 city views from Braun’s atlases displayed in Fairchild-Martindale Library (6th floor south).
Library Access Services Director Sharon Wiles-Young to retire
After a distinguished 31-year career, Director of Library Access Services Sharon Wiles-Young, who oversaw the planning and implementation of open-source library systems FOLIO and OLE, will retire on May 31, 2023. A search committee has been formed to identify her successor.
