Calling all creatives: LTS launches student design competition for FML art installation

LTS invites students to enter a design contest for a new art installation to be on display in the Fairchild-Martindale Library atrium. The contest seeks to bring Lehigh’s Inspiring the Future Makers strategic plan to life by empowering student voices, fostering their creativity and innovation, and applying theory as they learn by doing. The winning design will best illustrate the goals and initiatives outlined in the LTS Strategic Plan, with a $600.00 prize awarded to the winning individuals.

Remembering Jeanne: How a Lehigh student's tragic death in 1986 made an enduring impact on campus safety

Event celebrating the life of Lehigh student Jeanne Clery, a gifted student and athlete who was tragically raped and murdered in 1986 during her freshman year. Following her death, Clery's parents championed the issue of campus safety and brought the problem of campus crime to national attention. Their advocacy led to the passing of the Clery Act, which provides transparency around campus crime policy and statistics.
