This program, which will be piloted for the 2016 calendar year, allows faculty to suggest purchases for print books that are needed for long term use by the requestor and where standard interlibrary loan use is insufficient.
Interlibrary loan services (ILL) are available to faculty, staff and students. ILL is used to obtain library materials from other libraries or to request photocopies of Lehigh owned materials. Note: Our interlibrary loan agreements prohibit the use of ILL for course textbooks. ILL requests for textbooks will be declined.
Lehigh's media collection is housed on the first floor of the Fairchild-Martindale Library and circulated from the Circulation Desk. The Video Request Form may be used to add to the collection or to reserve materials for class.
Any non-affiliated user with a serious research need is welcome in our libraries; please review this guide prior to visiting. You are welcome to phone the Help Desk and to make an appointment with a Lehigh research librarian as well.
